Our subscription service provides seasonal planting arrangements delivered directly to your home or business four times a year. Each arrangement is custom-planted in our nursery to ensure quality and freshness.
You can easily set up your subscription by visiting our website, where you can select your preferred design style, pot colour, and configuration.
Committing to a full year allows us to provide you with the highest quality seasonal arrangements that thrive throughout every season. By securing a 12-month subscription, we can plan and curate our planting designs more effectively, ensuring that each arrangement is tailored to the specific conditions and aesthetics of your space. This long-term commitment also allows us to offer you better pricing, enhanced customization options, and a seamless experience that keeps your outdoor areas looking beautiful and vibrant all year round.
Seasonal swaps will happen 4 times per year as follows: Winter (first 2 weeks of January), Spring (first 2 weeks of April), Summer (first 2 weeks of July), and Autumn (first 2 weeks of October). During each seasonal swap, our team will remove your existing inner pots and replace them with new pre-planted pots that reflect your chosen style for the season ahead. We manage all aspects of handling and delivery to ensure a seamless experience.
While our arrangements are designed to be low maintenance, customers are responsible for watering, deadheading, and ensuring optimal conditions for their plants, especially during dryer months. We will provide detailed instructions with your first delivery on how to care for your arrangements properly.
Yes! We offer a mix-and-match subscription builder that lets you choose different design styles, pot colors, sizes, and quantities based on your preferences.
We strive to use non-toxic, child-safe, and pet-safe plants wherever possible, but we cannot guarantee that all plants are completely free from potential risks if ingested. Please let us know if you have specific safety requirements.
You may cancel your subscription within the 14-day cooling-off period without penalty. After this period, the 12-month commitment must be honoured, and no cancellations will be allowed. Any cancellation requests after this point can be managed directly in the customer portal.
You have the option to choose whether your pots will have drainage holes. Drainage holes help prevent root rot by allowing excess water to escape. Choosing no drainage holes offers a clean aesthetic, but you must regularly check and empty collected water.
We will liaise with you ahead of seasonal deliveries to agree on a suitable date and time but if no one is home at the time of delivery, we reserve the right to charge a re-delivery fee. Please ensure that access is available for the scheduled delivery time.
While we strive to create seasonal displays that reflect the imagery provided, the specific plants used may vary based on seasonal availability. Rest assured, the overall look and feel of each arrangement will be in keeping with the design aesthetic you’ve chosen.
Upon signing up for your subscription, you will be billed immediately. However, the first delivery of your arrangement will happen during the next scheduled delivery period. Deliveries occur during the following times: Winter (first 2 weeks of January), Spring (first 2 weeks of April), Summer (first 2 weeks of July), and Autumn (first 2 weeks of October). For example, if you sign up in November, your first arrangement will be delivered in January.
We take great care to use the highest quality plants and compost, and all arrangements are pre-planted in our nursery by skilled horticulturalists. However, we do not replace any plants that fail to survive during the season. The primary reasons for plant failure are typically related to improper watering—either too much or too little. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the recipient to ensure the plants are cared for properly to maintain their health and vibrancy.
You can position them on a terrace or decking, balconies or front entranceway. It is up to you; it is entirely up to you. However, the responsibility lies with the customer to ensure that the chosen location for the arrangements is suitable, considering the weight and dimensions of the pots. The weights and dimensions of our pots are indicated on our website. We do not accept any responsibility for damage caused as a result of improper placement or insufficient support for the arrangements.
We inquire about the sunlight conditions where your pots will be situated to ensure we select the most appropriate plants that will thrive in those conditions. Different plants have varying light requirements, and understanding whether the area receives full sun, partial sun, or shade helps us create a beautiful arrangement that flourishes in your specific environment.
Yes, we offer volume percentage discounts for larger orders. This allows you to save while customising your subscription with multiple arrangements or larger quantities. Please sign up to receive email notifications with offers, news and advice.
Currently, we only offer the 'cup' design in two different colours. This design has been specifically chosen to ensure that the inner planters fit seamlessly inside, allowing for an easy transition when swapping seasonal displays. We are actively exploring the addition of other pot styles to our range in the future, including window boxes and troughs.
