Subscription Overview
Our seasonal planting subscription includes curated, pre-planted arrangements delivered to your specified location at regular intervals throughout the year.
Subscription Duration
- The subscription commitment is for 12 months.
- Clients have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of the first order, during which they may cancel without penalty. After this period, cancellations are not permitted.
Payment and Billing
- Our pots are priced inclusive of VAT.
- Customers will be automatically billed monthly using the card details saved during the subscription process.
- Pot replacements will occur seasonally during the following periods:
- Winter (first 2 weeks of January)
- Spring (first 2 weeks of April)
- Summer (first 2 weeks of July)
- Autumn (first 2 weeks of October)
- Clients will receive advance notice of the scheduled 'pot swaps'.
Delivery and Handling
- All arrangements are pre-planted in our nursery for quick and mess-free delivery.
- Delivery dates and times will be agreed upon with the client during the subscription setup.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the delivery location. Any changes to access must be promptly communicated to us.
- Re-Delivery Fees: If no one is at home when we attempt delivery at the agreed date and time, we reserve the right to charge a re-delivery fee.
Health and Safety
- If the pots are requested to be positioned in a difficult-to-access area that we deem to be unsafe and may cause injury to our staff or damage to the property—such as accessing a balcony via a window—we reserve the right to install the display and leave the pots in a suitable position that regards health and safety.
Ordering and Customization
- We offer a mix-and-match subscription builder that allows clients to choose their desired design styles, pot colors, sizes, and quantities as part of their subscription.
- Clients may opt for drainage holes in their pots, which allow excess water to drain away and prevent root rot. Alternatively, choosing no drainage holes offers a leak-free and clean aesthetic, protecting floors from damage; however, clients will be responsible for emptying any collected water to ensure the plants are not sitting in water.
- Volume discounts apply for larger orders, ensuring you get the best value while tailoring your arrangements to your preferences.
Maintenance Responsibilities
- Our subscription service does not include watering or deadheading services.
- Clients accept responsibility for maintaining their pots during their possession, including regular watering and deadheading, especially during the dryer months to ensure optimal plant health.
Safety of Plants
- We endeavour to use non-toxic, child-safe, and pet-safe plants wherever possible; however, we cannot guarantee that all plants are completely free from potential risks.
Product Variability
- Due to seasonal availability, arrangements may include different plants than those shown in our promotional materials. However, we will ensure that each arrangement adheres to the chosen design style.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Clients may cancel their subscription during the 14-day cooling-off period without penalty. After this period, the 12-month commitment must be honoured, and no cancellations will be allowed.
- Any requests for changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Liability
- Four Seasons Planting shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the care and maintenance of the plants once delivered.
Governing Law
